Refund Policy

REFUNDS - Updated as on March 28th, 2020.

Our refund policy lasts up to 30 days. If your purchase is PAST 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, you must have had at least 21 days of use within the DMA Elite Consultants and be able to openly tell a member of the staff what went wrong and how we can improve your experience.

 

As well as the following... To complete your return

- we require a receipt or proof of purchase

- a phone call with reasoning

- required that you have spent at least 21 days within the DMA EC Course

- showed a REAL interest in asking for help/mentorship in our private group chats

- attend the group coaching calls

- and made a REAL attempt at watching content... we require that you have gone through at least 75% of the content - WE CAN SEE YOUR PROGRESS IN THE COURSE.

 

If you buy the DMA Elite Consultants at a sale or special price, a refund is NOT available. Sale or special items are final.

 

If you choose to do the payment plan (if-applicable), refunds are not available. If you also choose to do a payment plan and you cancel the 2nd payment or so on, you will be REMOVED from the program and will NOT be issues a refund. By paying for a product from JDM Elite, Inc you agree to these terms.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is requested, and terms above have been met, we notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-7 days).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
